Mom and I just got Flowers ballons, and ribbons to put under the tree for my brother. It's hard to believe it's already been a yr since we lost my brother. .
Worst. When I FINALLY got to check out, I asked to please set up a Lowe's card. Reply, "I can't do that here and I have no idea where you can set one up. Maybe customer service, I'm not really sure!"
