Touristy or not, this is one shop that this Chicago girl will always be going to. Not only can you find a nice variety of alternative styled clothing the prices are ridiculously low.
It's perfect for all those hard to find items we all love and as of recent my favorite tobacco shop has moved in there too! \m/ blue Havana rules
Exploring the city w/ friends 1st day w my drivers lic.. Coming to #TheAlleyChicago since they had the man getting electrocuted in the alley window, which freaked us out (1998.) We were impressed.
I've had nothing but good experiences at the alley. & It's the staff at a punk rock store, what'd you expect? Go back to Bloomingdales.
Downstairs is the best stuff. Check out the drawers below the displays.
Its touristy and everything can be bought online. However you never find these selections in stores anywhere. Also body jewelry is great.
It’s the old school version of the Topic. They try and copy the alley but don’t succeed.
This place isn't what it used to be... But still had a decent collection of alternative apparel and accessories . Staff never was very friendly .
This place is awesome! They have something for everyone.
Here's a tip -- go to the fucking alley (yeah, they probably have a shirt that says that already) Read more
