Limited product choice, no trollies, uninterested staff , usually only one or two regular tills open and self-service machines that seldom work properly. Try their larger store on Cromwell Road instead

Afternoon sessions, around 6 or 7, are usually empty and you can even sit in the VIP seats (if you are that kind of person). Food is expensive though. Great screens and comfy chairs - Joana Vianna
This Waitrose is better than my local one (not little Waitrose). More product range, no out of stock and very well maintained. If I can't find what I want at my local Waitrose, I always come here. - Ayumi
