Drift Dining & Bar

Food is quite good. Had the pork ribs , beef ribs (special, not on the menu ), polenta , ravioli . The drift cocktail 1 was excellent. Love it.

Lots of bar food , small portions like tapas for sharing. Polenta is very cheesy and has a good texture with enoki mushrooms . Lamb shank is also good. Portobello mushrooms moist and good bite.

The rib is very juicy, sauces(caramel and berry ) attached with churos is divine, oysters from Ireland is very fresh and the salmon is half-cooked. Service is good as well .

Wonderful personalities and people go to and work at the place I love to call home. Amazing consistency over more than 4 years

Everything is excellent here. Couldn't fault a single dish. We had 11 dishes and 3 desserts in total. Loved every single one.

Deserving of tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence. Some room for improvement on the food but no complaints. Servers were very attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately doesn't live up to the hype. We had truffle mushroom arrancini, baby red emperor, pork ribs and lamb shank (in that order). It started off well but progressively became one dimensional.

Amazing steamed clams ! Love the food, ambience and service. Was not crowded on weekdays. Nice toilets :)

My all time favourite here is the tagliatelle with pesto and crab claw followed by the rosewater dessert . Love the ambience. Staff are friendly and well informed. Keep up the good work.

It's a worryingly 'fusion' menu but it's worth humoring it. The soy ginger clams are moreish. It needs some refinement - the textures with the horseradish salmon didn't really work. Would come back.
