Super, duper friendly staff . The partner who took the order was so cheerful and a rough weekday morning. It put a big smile on my face which made me leave a larger tip.

Easier to park than the location in ghent. I wish it was a little bigger though

Um, a coffee without cream?! And you never even asked me if I wanted any or not. So that means it's wrong for me to assume cream, but it's wrong for you not to DO YOUR JOB and inquire if I need any.

Bad parking lot ; drive-thru option is it's best feature. Friendly baristas !

They need another person at another register. Not everyone is here for coffee , cake , heated sandwich , all that. Some of us just want a coffee and go. Shouldn't have to be waiting this long
