My order has been taken wrong or completed incorrectly 4 times in just the past 3 weeks. I understand it's the holidays and everyone is in a rush, but the service is starting to get ridiculous.
Went inside for a to go order and they were very fast and accurate :-)
Great service!
We were the only people in line and it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order. While waiting several people are waiting for their order while drive tru customers coming in with wrong food.
Only one person taking orders on a busy Saturday...10 minutes in line and ten minutes waiting on cold fries ? Less than impressive.
This Wendy's is slow especially the drive-thru. You wait at least 10 minutes before you get your food, each time you go here...Would not recommend.
