Outstanding buffet for all meals, great choice with Chinese and Western foods , and top quality. My favorite in all China!

Convenient location, nice room and view . Breakfast is awesome. Only the way to room is too much complicated especially when you drive there, you need 3 times lifts: garage , ground, 22F, room.

Perfect location, close to Canton Tower and New Town park area. Use Executive Lounge if you can. Great view .

Wonderful hotel . Great food. I'll be back.

The Grand King Suite. This is the bedroom. What I like most is that the work desk is significantly longer than desks in the regular rooms.

I stay in Grand Hyatt for a couple of years every canton fair , hotel 's quality is always on top. Highly recommended to everyone.

All the rooms have almost identical layouts.

Rooms are nicely fit out. The layout is novel yet efficient, spacious yet intimate . The lounge cocktails are strong and tasty

Mushroom soup was not up to the mark ... Waiters need to be trained more ... They r busy checking whether u r eating or not .. I have to say no twice as they tried to clear the half finished soup ..

The Grand King Suite. 90 sqm! Worth the money if you are staying for a few nights.

The suite is spacious however makes the bath room relatively much smaller. Can't understand the whole design purpose or just too rush to finish the interior design . Overall, below standard Hyatt.

The only bellboy that you could find 7am in the morning is on google.....

Breakfast buffet is amazingly good, with big variety.

Caesar salad , grilled chicken breast . ¥88. A bit oily, but not bad. Enough on its own as a light meal.

Regardless the most brand new hotel , inefficient space and incomplete interior.

Sometimes the hotel will leave a nice treat for you.

Poor service and I hate the fact that you have to switch elevators at the 22nd lobby floor. 22 floors up, switch elevators and 15 floors down.
