Great beer spot. Lots of seating much of it shaded. JK makes amazing beers tho frankly not my style. They also have a solid library of other brewer beers in bottles. Definite must for beer geeks.
I had the opportunity to taste several beers one afternoon when the tasting room was open. They even gave me a tour . The picture is of the Noble King, my favorite I sampled so far.
I loved this place. Was my first time in Austin and my friend and I were looking for a brewery to visit. The beers we had were amazing. I highly recommend the World's worst twin and Funk metal .
Gorgeous hill country brewery with funky fermented ales , sours, and other inventive beers . Go meet the goats . Hike through the fields . And get a surprisingly delicious pizza .
The beer connoisseur’s favorite brewery in Austin has extensive grounds, animals, trails ...great sour beers and surprisingly good food. Excellent grilled cheese . Solid pizza . Bean medley undercooked
Grab friends to enjoy a truly local beer (made with water from the Jester King well , locally grown and malted grains and native wild yeast) in an authentic Austin setting- a rural farmhouse brewery . Read more
The pizza dough has a great texture and a light taste of pork rinds ... great touch! The ambiance is definitely worth a visit. One could imagine like traveling into a Texan ranch party in the past.
Believe the hype. Great beer on a beautiful setting. If you can, get a beer and join the brewery tour , if that's not your thing, grab a few 6oz pours and enjoy the day.
The “Goat Experience” where you hang out with the brewery’s goat herd and learn about their farming and land management was the highlight of the visit. Get tickets on their website in advance.
This place is great… they have some of the best beer on tap …. And the pulled pork sandwich is delicious… it’s huge… they have a covered barn with plenty of seating for those hot months!! ????
Great space, good beer options and probably the best pizza we had in Austin made with thin, crispy , whole wheat dough . Almost guilt free.
One of the best craft breweries in Texas . The place is laid out just amazing. Take the time to do the tour . Gotta have that Snörkel !
Great beer varieties - loved el cedro and ambre - snorkel was also amazing, Stanley's pizzaria next door serves up great pizza to go along with the beer
Honestly this is the best brewery I've been to: great JK beer , other great beer , wine , cider , the farmhouse ambiance, and there is an artisan pizza shop on the premises!
go, get some tasty farmhouse beer , enjoy the sun and then grab a pizza at Stanley's. A great afternoon trip in ATX. Get there early Jester King is super popular!
Try this: Das Wunderkind! Saison, which is a blend of fresh dry-hopped beer and oak-aged beer fermented with wild yeast and souring bacteria. Read more
I tried the Nero D'avola wine and loved it. It's perfect for amateur wine drinkers. Don't miss the beatrice pizza
Definitely do the tour , it is interesting and you may get to try something unique that is t on tap .
A fantastic spot on the edge of town , Jester King brews up some of the best sour beers in the country out on the farm .
If you've got the time, definitely check out the brewery tours . They're a great chance to hear some of the stories behind the beers you're drinking!
Everything, a destination location. Beautiful, great food, great beer , fun people!
The sampling format has changed a bit. You can purchase 4oz tasters or 8-12oz (depending on the beer ) pours, or purchase a 750ml bottle (for taproom served beers ).
Get here early, pick a good spot, and settle in. Perfect day time hang out.

Come on the weekend for the outdoor station. Great sours and atmosphere.
Fun with a group, especially on a nice day as the activities are mostly outdoors.
Great outdoor area to enjoy a few of their farmhouse beers . Check out the brewery tours on Saturdays.
Awesome vibe and amazing funky and farmhouse beers . Take a bottle (or 5) for later.
The Funk Metal Sour Barrel Aged Stout (right) is bonkers good.
The beer was out of this world, with a beautiful Texas Sunset . If you haven't been there, it is a must..
Subtle pork grinds flavored crust and a journey through time. Don't forget your boots for this experience!
Loved this brewery . The setting was amazing. Probably an awesome place to have a wedding.
The whiskey barrel-aged commercial suicide is the best session beer I've ever had. Also, if you happen to run across some boxer's revenge, make sure to grab some while you can. Great stuff.
Rent one of the houses next door and stay all weekend. The beer is great and your neighbors are friendly !
Tons of space. Shaded seating areas. Order at the table and pickup service was fast.
The brewery tour is very interesting! After the tour , grab a beer and order a pizza from Stanley's.
Some of the best beers you will ever taste are made right here in your backyard !

All the different varieties on beers on tap and visiting beers .... very good.
One of the best breweries in Texas . They specialize in sours.
Fantastic idea and even better food, great place for kids as well. - Jeff Colwell
Great atmosphere. Prices aren't bad and we loved the selection of beer. The Fuego jalapeno beer is worth a try. It's really different so I would advise getting a flight before you order a whole beer. - Jacelyn Rhame
Beautiful setting and love that they have a food truck and playground for the kids. The beer selection way mostly ipa and very bitter but I understand most beer lovers enjoy that. - Helen Bosco
Great Texan BBQ: chicken, beef, pork, sausages and great deserts too!!! - Alberto Jimenez
