Chai tea latte is surprisingly good. I'm a huge fan of Starbucks but the chai tea latte addy Panera is the best.
There is a guy who works there named Landon and he is so sweet. Made my visit so much nicer!
Get here early for lunch if you're trying to be quick as there's a decent lunch rush during the week

Worst Panera experience ever. A store employee was leaving the restroom as I went in and the place was atrocious. TP on the floor, full trash can, and someone sprinkled when they tinkled. ????
