A barista just walked through the drive thru line with samples. Great service touch and probably greatly reduces the grumpiness in line !

VERY busy during lunch hours both inside as well as the drive through, rt 100 or the target starbucks can get you in and out more quickly even though they're down the road a bit

Skip the drive through and walk in. So much faster most days and the employees are super sweet!

If they don't have the black coffee you want, as for a "pour over ." The fresh cup is worth the extra minute you wait!

If you are doing the drive thru in the morning, get here before 7:15 or you will be waiting in a long line .

Espresso drinks , try the new latte macchiato . Be prepared to clean your table though as the staff doesn't bother even when they are slow.

Keep in mind the acoustics make this a very noisy location if you're looking to write or work. The screaming, laughing baristas don't help.

Make sure they are handing you the right drink.

Enunciate VERY slowly or you never know what you'll get!

Triple grande iced non fat caramel mach. is the absolute best!

Check your drink! They screw up orders repeatedly. Today out of 3 drinks, ALL were wrong. no syrup in 1, used bag tea instead of infused, & 1 venti white mocha was half full...of hot cocoa . :(
