Tavistock Hotel

This has become my regular London hotel now. It's very conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable , and breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfast is very good!

Friendly staff at reception and everything was clean and usefull. Only the beds are a bit short . It is located near Russel station, richt in the middle of London

This hotel is a masterclass in how to run a budget hotel . I defy anyone to find better in London for the same cost per night. Clean rooms , TV , kettle and decent en suite. Much better than Travelodges

I still love this hotel and stay here on most visits to London. The only minor disappointment is that Jacque 's Wine Bar is now closed, but I am informed that the newly refurbished bar serves food.

Well , you get what you pay for and the rooms are quite okay. The English breakfast makes you full in that "I think I will be sick"-kind of way but the continental is quite awful

Nice, clean hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff . Very handy for all the sights and attractions .

Looking for something to do in the evening: Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes in the basement (street entrance around the corner) is great.

Great value budget hotel

The internet password has changed, I think it is one psw per device, which is kind lame... Luckily Starbucks is nearby.

No internet access (pay or otherwise) on any floor other than the lobby; pretty unacceptable in this day and age. Free internet in the lobby is unusably slow.

Bar closed until 5 pm but Jacques bar open all the time!

Be careful in the shower : There's no shower rail.

Jacques wine bar is dull, awful and non atmospheric, avoid

Prezzo moderato per un hotel vecchio e datato, vicino alla metro, alla stazione autobus-treni e al British Museum. Colazione base buona e wi-fi solo nella hall.
