The self serve kiosk is nice but if you have to wait in line expect to be waiting for a while. Service is slow. Bring a pen. None of the pens provided ever work.
Some days service is good, others.... I blame management.. They need to make sure customer service windows are staffed promptly.
Did a change of address for moving out of state . Stupid clerk ignored eff. date and started forwarding 12 days too early. Supervisor says he's sorry. Now my mail goes into the infamous black hole ????
