Really well located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Tons of shopping & food options on your doorstep. At the same time quite well priced and the staff were very helpful. The gym is a bit small though.

The most convenient hotel to stay in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Great buffet , comfortable room and spacious too.

Comfortable room , great staffs and great customer services! They have amazing choices of food and wine too! Do visit Bistro 160 at second floor, the shisha here is probably the best one in town !

Parking rate is RM8 for the 1st hr & RM2 for the subsequent hr/s. Dining guest @ The Mill , get complimentary parking rate for the 1st 3 hours. Make sure the cashier stamped your parking ticket.

Mostly i love the pool area ! Less crowded with lots of table chair to hang out. Welcoming receptionist and helpful staffs ???? The most strategic hotel with cheap parking rates

Room service was fast and with a smile. It's next to pavilion mall and other shopping malls . The only draw back is the car park . Like one reviewer mentioned there are fleet of stairs!

Very friendly staff and great rooms. But there's construction right next to the building that starts really early in the morning. Be advised for light sleepers!

Their hospitality is great its literally in the middle of the shoopping golden triangle the drawbacks are the old is too old need some serious refurbishment in addition the mattress are terrible

Go up to Pulse at night time they have a very nice terrace looking over Bukit Bintang and Fahrenheit mall

Steamed Dumpling soup with assorted seafood - over boiled & the dumpling burst & all spilled out. NO X Quality Control for this superior dish. What a let down !

The path from the carpark to the lobby involving multiple lots of stairs going up and down is just silly, especially if you're hauling luggage. No alternative route either.

I suggest you apply "A La Carte" membership card to entitled special discount for dining & hotel room. :-)

Nice room, it's perfect & I love the decoration. :}

Out of my 5 nights stay they only replenish the amenities once. Hospitality wise so so. All in all doesnt worth the rate.

Booking a taxi with the Concierge is not a guarantee that the taxi will arrive per your agreed time!

The pizza at the mill is a godsend omg it is the best I ever ate!
