Getting your propane is now much easier. There is a code printed on your receipt for the machine. Punch in the code and it will open to a full tank. Put your old one in and your good to go!

Customer need to come to any available cashier to pay for a propane exchange or purchase a new one. The automated does not work properly.

It's a shame that all Depots find it necessary to remind customers 20 times that the store will be closing. "The store will be closing in 15....in 10....in 8....in 3..." Really?!!

Service is slow. I normally go to lowes but mother in law has a gift card.

Horrible service. Worth the drive to another store. Just waited 15 minutes, and no one asked if I needed help while 3 employees chatted 20 ft away. Sad, too, as this store used to be great.
