New rule: if ordering more drinks than you have people in the car for, you can't use the drive through. I swear the lady in front of me got coffee for her whole company.

Dodge the drive through. Get out of your car and walk in to order. If you don't you will run out of gas waiting in line .

Don't bother asking them about calories. You'll just get a blank stare if not an attitude. Note to employees: When a customer asks you a question and you don't know, at least try to find out!

Don't try to order a frappucino upside down. They will laugh at you because it's a blended drink .

This location has become so slow with orders. They don't repeat the drinks with are causing orders to be messed up. It's becoming an exercise in frustration coming here.

This location will be closed for remodeling until 8/24/2013

Why do people with the long orders and complicated orders go thru the drive thru on weekday mornings..... GO INSIDE stop

If you think the drive through is slow, just go inside. It'll save time and save gas.

Never go through drive- thru between 7:00 am and 9:30 am. Just go and walk in.

You have to ask for a cup sleeve if you want one. This store doesn't automatically give you one.

In the mornings, going in is much faster than drive thru
