And the restrooms are not in the restaurant , you have to go into Gameroom and walk all the way to the rear. ????

This was my first time at a Johnny Rockets & it was not good... Our server was terrible & our burgers were not hot. & we never got our water, shakes or fries . Not going back...

Horrible service. Ordered milk shakes b4 dinner order and appetizer , they came in the middle of dinner and only after I complained to manager. Appetizers were cold. Better options in food court .
Staff needs training .
Need to hire more servers, especially during football games.
Service is sub-par especially considering they tack on an automatic %15 tip (didn't even know).
Service is downright terrible at best, we had to go to the bartender to get our drinks and hunt down our waiter to finally leave and get the check. Would not recommend & will never return!
