Anyone know why Hal B is the mayor of everything around Kapaa? Seems kinda sketch...Oh, and foodland has a choice beer selection in the back, featuring a bunch of Hawaiian brewers. Super good!

Great place to shop, especially when they have a good weekly sale & Maika'i deals. Otherwise, can be kind of pricey .....
