The pho was just ok. But at least they provide Hoisin sauce . The best pho I've ever had was SAIGON KIM THANH in Kawasaki. It's a bit far but definitely worth visiting of you want good pho .
Great for groups , always a good value , tasty pho and Vietnamese beer . Very lively .
Some of the most legit Vietnamese food in Tokyo. I just go for the Bahn Cuon, Cha gio , and Thit Nuong .
The "pho " here has lots of herbs. Too much probably.
Go for "bánh cuốn "
