Fresh watermelon slush , hedgehog ice cream , lychee slush , mango ice cream and green tea ice cream are awesome! Make sure the owners are there to make your bbt because the workers are inconsistent.

I frequent this place often because its close to home, but for those missing the original owners .... They opened a place called "Milk and Sugar " on Kingsway , Vancouver.

I tried the avocado fruit slush with pearls and it was very similar to the shakes I used to have in the Philippines. The cafe is a whole in the ground but they make great bubble teas !

Only place you can enjoy jack fruits(real one)slush in the world based on my experience!

Mango ice cream shake with pearls is the best! You can get a 12oz bbt for $2.00. The 22 oz is $4.50 with pearls and taxes included. Love this place!

Try not to touch the seats or the floor as it they have clearly never been cleaned , but the edibles are fresh and amazing.

Taro is really ube which is Filipino Ice cream ... it's awesome :-)

They have weekly specials for $2.00 (12oz no pearls ). Usually 3 kinds to choose from.

Cheesecake bubble teas

Get an ice cream bubble drink or a fresh fruit slush . It's the best here.

Back last fall the original owner mentioned he was going back to china...not sure if that meant indefinitely.
