Getting help here is a PITA ! I'd go to HD but it's further and I live almost next door to here.
They don't "get" the whole internet order thing. Stand and wait; customer service has to go search for your item in the warehouse even though they just called you to come pick up your item.
You know Lowe's has something that HomeDepot doesn't when you witness the HD rental van pull into the lowes parking lot .
