KLM Check-in

Very good Kiosk services, bags system is not working to auto-receive the check-in bags.

Hijackers, save us all some time by booking a flight to your preferred destination.

I all tive flight with KLM To Amsterdam or to Barcelona. .or to Singapore. .To Denpasar...to Helsinki. ..to all cities )))

Totally unhappy with their New check in systeem for business to South America. This is not a right way to treat your loyal clients!

The new vending machines for luggage are crap, when they don't work. I wonder if the business case holds or scares away customers first.

Very rude. KLM decided to force all customers to self check-in, and they won't allow you to speak to an agent, unless u go to the machine first and it prints out a "see agent" message.

Charge your phone and laptop upstairs in the network bar or internet centre for free.
