Grand Excelsior Hotel

A normal hotel ( i thinks it more recommend for foreign people ... 3 bars 1 night club )

Enjoyed staying here. Very good breakfast & clean rooms .

Forget to say that i've been upgraded to the luxury room as a complimentary from their side..i really wants to appreciate that and thank all the staff , specially Mr.Melvin Santillan ????

Nice, cozy hotel with good service . We got pretty nice breakfast , though its basically same every day. Good for those who prefer good location, with better than average facilities and service

Great hotel with warm hospitality . I recomend it for family stay.

Great welcome by hospital staff . If you check in too early make sure to pay a small fee to get the room earlier.

User the minibar as a fridge and fill it with drinks from the Carrefour at the Mall of the Emirates ;-)

The spa specially the masag is perfect done by proffessional ones ????

My gold ring worth 7000 DHS was stolen from my room. The hotel did not take any action To find it And they kept stalling us until Whoever took it was able to get away with it without getting caught.

So noisy ! Hotel service isn't great. The staff promise you a lot, but doesn't keep their promises .

الفندق كان جيد والخدمة رائعة ،، التميييف في الغرفة كان سيئ جداً،، داخلياً الفندق يحتاج الى تجديد,,النظافة ممتازة ،، بالنسبة لسعرة وموقعه ارى انه خيار ممتاز،، يبعد ٧دقائق بالسيارة مول الامارات، 7.4/10

Evet bu 5 inci gelişim otel temiz personel güler yüzlü sıcak kanlı hizmet güzel

فندق فسيح ومواقف سياره بس يعيبه الازعاج بالليل تقدر تقول فيه ديسكوين فازعاج رهيب

المكان جداً مرتب ونظيف ومريح وانصح فيه

الغرف نظيفة وراقية لكن التسجيل في الاستقبال بطيئ جداً وياخد وقت طويل
