I have never had a complaint about Steak and shake before but ordered food tonight online and ordered five bowels of Chili and got home tonight and all 5 of the cups was less than half way full.
Had a little accident with Daisy's milkshake . Our nice waitress Amanda cleaned it up and brought another one!
I tried the Royale burger with the egg . That was left in a previous tip. Was Deelish but the mushroom Swiss is my fave :-)

The fries are very yummy! And they are thin so my kids don't get as much grease!
Make sure your burger is hot..I bit into my Jalapeño Crunch Grilled Chicken and it was practically frozen. Fries are good though.

The service is sucky! I hate the waitress there. She had an attitude and didn't give us refills we had to get up to ask for refills. They take to long to get food and shakes out. I hate the service!
