For those Starbucks junkies. Every time I come here I am always happy just by how well I have been treated. I have come here almost every day as of late and always my order is remembered

Love this Starbucks! Great service. Very accommodating. Sometimes a bit slow. Small location. Great for sitting outdoors.

I walked in on a Sunday morning and things seem to be just fine. It's right next to the Archives metro and has a lovely seating outside.There were very few customers and the service was pretty quick.

Best Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff has excellent manners, very polite. A warm environment for all that love coffee .

I truly love this Starbucks!! This is my Starbucks family. They know my drink when I walk in the door :)

Visiting from out of town and this Starbucks rock. They moved about 50 people in 10 minutes. Great teamwork

Pleasant and friendly staff , delicious coffee drinks

In the summer, get a table outside and enjoy nice location.

Get an iced red eye with liquid sugar. Bring your cup and get almost free refills.

I love the morning ladies! Always welcoming and attentive!

Mornings are busy but the employees are quick and move people through efficiently.

These guys need to understand that when I say no room for cream I mean, give me all of my coffee . I'm paying for coffee that's what I want.

One of the worst-run Starbucks DC. Also, your wallet might get stolen (ours was). Then you can really enjoy the staff ; they'll berate you for asking about it, adding embarrassment to your pain!

Check hours. Closes early.

Friendly but s l o w staff . There are like 4-5 people working at one time but took me 15 min to get a regular coffee and a pastry warmed up. Hella confused.

Don't go here if you're in a rush.

If you ask someone to repeat their order by saying "what happened?", then I can safely assume you don't give 3 shits about your job.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered at Starbucks. They don't listen when taking your order & act like the line is a cattle call. You're better off walking two blocks up 7th to the next one.

They seem properly staffed, but there's always at minimum 2 people not working while the others pick up the slack.

Go anywhere else but here.. Rude cashier . Can't believe this is Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Dirty tables and trash everywhere, unfriendly service with a serious language barrier. Avoid this location if at all possible, hope their corporate reads these!!!!
