Yes. It's a local legend, yes you should go, and, no, you won't be treated well . But overall the bbq is mid: over sauced and this sides are an afterthought. The chicken was the best item.

Everything here is great, but I always get a 2 way combo with ribs & hot links with the HOT BBQ sauce . Heaven. The best BBQ . I've been to KC, Texas, etc. This is the one.

Finally BBQ I can eat in California. Smokey, hickory , sweet, meat comes right off the bone. Yes, customer service is bad but you're here for the darn good BBQ .

"Sandwich " is a plate of meat with some sliced bread . Delicious!

The two slices of bread that constitute a "sandwich " plate are kinda pointless, but they would be a waste of stomach capacity anyway.

Not the brisket . It was drenched in sauce and quite tough. Don't mind the lack of ambience but the food isn't good.
