I love that you can pack a lunch to bring along because that saves you money especially if you come and have to pay admission but on free days the whole day can be free with packing a lunch

Prepare to spend a couple hours here, really nice museum with great, well-done displays. Go in the morning to avoid class field trips.

The new Crossroads of Civilization, a first for the MPM in a little more than a decade, is NOT to be missed. Truly an outstanding experience.....

The public museum is very deceiving. From the outside it looks small but it is enormous and a great place to take a date.
I recommend getting the museum pass! It's a really nice museum and I LOVE the mock little towns !!

Make sure to buy your tickets for iMax at the main ticket booth . There are no signs in waiting area and I went from being first to twentieth in line .
The burgers they serve in the Cafe , are actually reeaaally good. Worth the wait!

Get a discount card from Visit Milwaukee for a 50% savings. Allow about 3 hrs to see the museum .
