The Asiago breakfast sandwich is really good. Even though they don't have it on the menu, they will still make it for you.
Join the myPanera programs. It's kinda like Panera's 'frequent flyer' card except the rewards are random. So you get the free stuff without any points to keep track of.

The soda fountain drink machine is so disgustingly dirty that bugs are flying all over the dirt and grime.... I had to eat without a drink.. Just imagine how dirty the ice container is

Their breakfast sandwiches are terrible. Their lattes taste like the ones that come out of the dispensers at 7-11. Sorry Panera, you missed the mark for me. Sad... you had such promise.
