Great hotel . Cosy room . With a nesspresso machine and a Bose iPhone speaker; good wifi capabitilies that extends to the mall next doot. But the down side is the TV isn't very good.
It is absolutely a super nice and beautiful hotel . Amazing service and excellent rooms. Bed was super comfortable . Room was big. Had a very nice view . Bathroom was also spacious .
Still a very comfortable hotel and I do like what they did to the bar area on the 6th floor. But do try other eateries nearby - such as Mandela square. And even the (no brow) mall food court .
The continental buffet is the best i have ever been to. And the staff service is sublime.
The location is great; the room is pretty OK - nothing really super. The TV doesn't work! (Even if it did, there are just a handful of channels.) Connecting to the WiFi can be a problem but it's free.
Wagyu Burger 😷 she went on and on about the "texture" of the meat. Rubber. Hard around the edges. I see why people would pay a premium. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
WiFi weak throughout the hotel and I found the limit of three devices annoying. (If there must be a limit it should be five.)
Potato Curry - off the restaurant menu - in the bar is very nice.
The free Internet has a 750 MB limit on it.......not cool :-(
Not impressed. Michalangelo hotel where I normally stay is better. But both places are not true 5 stars compared to international standards. 6th floor area is good though and location is prime.

Bridge from shopping centre closed for refurb so detour through car park necessary.
