Pom pom drink with extra seeds was worth going. We liked our server Nathalie too. Recommended Ponado appetizer too. Cheap and tasty it was perfect. Spiral Potatoe spiced on a stick.

Asian tacos here, a must try. You get 1 beef taco , 1 chicken , and 1 BBQ pulled pork when your order the Asian tacos . $5.49 (3 pieces)????

Try the Cha2o combo snack where you get popcorn chicken , 8 pieces of fish balls , and 6 pieces of squid balls????

Incredibly good tea and delicious food. Has a great atmosphere and the service is quick and fantastic.

Avoid "tres leche " shaved snow! The snow was gooey & too sweet. Honey boba wasn't that tender like the ones @class302 in irvine. Fran & grass jello were meh, too. I couldn't eat much. Terrible.

This cha2o doesn't sell sake as advertised on menu. Teas aren't very good, stick to the slushes and specialty drinks .

Make sure you have plenty of time if you dine in because the service is VERY slow and unattentive.

Meh. Boba is meh. Drinks are meh. Presentation is nice but drinks are lacking in flavor. Either too sweet or not sweet enough

Terrible shaved snow. It's not fluffy - gooey n disgusting. One of the worst shaved snow I've ever had (out of dozens). Avoid! You're welcome :p
