12-31 Outstanding Service - New Elevators are fast, after Statler wandered over to the fireworks . Changed, hit the strip Major props to Holly Homesberger of Hyatt Regency for outstanding service .

Ok hotel . Good people watching in the bar . Definitely go to The Century Grill across the street on Saturday night - free baskets of bacon at the bar (and free tots on Friday)!

One block, across from Fountain Plaza rail stop is a great coffee place , Coffee Culture, that makes great food at affordable prices ...and has free wi-fi! Good for breakfast/lunch. Wonderful service.

Executive king room was fabulous. Good view of the city . Full Starbucks in the lobby. Love the globe in the lobby.

There is free Wi-Fi. You have to log-in to the lobby Wi-Fi. Click I don't have a passcode and enter your first and last name. This gives you a pass code that you can use to connect. Valid for 12 hrs.

Fitness room is great, I biked a 7k versing my cousin and then we went into the pool, the hours say its closed but the room key still opens it...late night swim to cool off

Beautiful area, room was wonderful and modern. Seems a little dead downtown so not sure what is close by worth doing.

Nice appearance but cold pool, loud noises from workmen in evening, and no family-friendly options at either restaurant . Thanks to Century Grill across the street for saving us!

Great customer service! Friendly and helpful staff ! No issues to speak of to complain again. I'd go again.

Location is great but this lobby bar needs major updates. Outdated decor and fluorescent lighting do not make for a cozy experience. Rooms are functional, but the updates are superficial.

If they give you free wine and chocolate covered strawberries you can call the front desk and switch the bottle of wine .

Nice enough; clean modern rooms and friendly staff but slow elevators (renos in progress), expensive restaurants , paid internet access and little open in the area evenings & weekends.

Enjoyed family reunion. Hotel didn't miss a beat. Thank you!

My only concern is that there is No free parking . expect $15+/day. But many bars and restaurants within a half mike walking distance (even in 16 degree weather!) overall, not the worst hotel ever.

Housekeeping here rocks. Service A+ will bend over backwards to make you happy!

Maintenance can open the windows a small amount for fresh air !

Nice hotel but not four stars. Area around the hotel is shady. Almost no place to eat downtown.

Great service folks, but elevators suck. Add 5 - 10 minutes to your exit in morning and getting back to room at night. Really slow!

Avoid the 11th floor at all coats. The swimming pool is there which means kids running around all the time. Even at 8am

Beware of the 05 rooms on lower floors if you're a light sleeper: the light rail dings and rolls by all night.

Try the grill restaurant hmmm

A charge to use Internet at such a nice hotel ? Jeez, even McDonalds offers free WiFi ...

Best is XMAS time at Hyatt

Even the motel 6 in Arkansas that I think gave me malaria had free wifi . Embarrassing they price they extort for it.

Skip the expensive shuttles to and from the airport . Ride NFTS #204 for $1.75 each way. It stops in front of the hotel .

For $10 extra on your room rate, you can get internet & 2 free full breakfasts .

There's a light-rail station is behind the hotel and its free!

Just for asking they comp'd both our internet and room service . They really treated us great.

If you're here on a school trip on a budget, this place isn't for you. No continental breakfast , no free wifi .

Rooms are dark & dull. Mildew in grout . Housekeeping threw out a snack bag i had on my desk in a plastic bag. No free internet for business travel. No breakfast . I will NOT be staying here again.

The rooms here are pretty run down. Bathroom grout is nasty, with what looks like mold or mildew . I'd opt for the Embassy Suites instead.

For local nightlife, hit up west chippewa, the next block over from huron!

The bathrooms have vents that blow out and do not suck in. Beware of smells.

Horrible room for 161.00 will never come back here
