Power Yoga with Kelly on Saturday mornings at 10:00AM was my first yoga class ever and I sill take it to this day.

Joined a week ago. Live the options. Yoga and Body Combat are my favorite so far.

The Y offers the best classes ! I frequent pilates , spin, and core conditioning!
