Really nice hotel . The front desk staff was very nice and always addressed me by my name anytime I walked by. I can’t remember the names of half the people I know. Great job.
Villas are older, but it's nice to have a kitchen, large living room, and open porch . The main hotel is just a short walk across the lagoon bridge . Parking and wired Internet is free at the Villas .
Beautiful resort with plenty to do, great service and wonderful amenities .
Every year we stay here for XChange Public Sector. The staff is amazing. They have a shuttle that can take you all over the resort so make sure to try out the other restaurants outside the hotel !
Main building under renovation for next 7 weeks. All Villa 's will be updated by years ends. However very clean and beds are amazing as usual.
This place is beautiful but you have to pay for everything! General parking , valet parking , wifi...it's rediculous. Not to mention the guest shop prices are insane...$12 for sunscreen ?!
Try the Augustine Grille - delicious prix fixe menu !Head to the Cabana beach club via the hotel shuttle and enjoy the day at the beach.Enjoy a drink overlooking the lagoon out back, and the TPC Read more
Bring your own water bottle - they have water there, but only cone cups. Limited weight lifting equipment, but good amount of cardio ; all suitable for a quick workout.
Stay in the Main Tower. Ian is a great valet. Louise at the front desk will answer all of your questions. Just ask :)
V.kelly's pub is delicious as well as Pusser's Caribbean restaurant right outside the hotel . Pusser's has a great view and just as great food.
Arnold at the front desk is a gem! Convenient to Publix & St John's Town Center
For late night arrivals the Irish Pub has decent food and good drinks until midnight. I can recommend the hamburger .
Cheapest place in history. Wifi there's a charge. Parking there's a fee. They will milk all your dollars.
Wonderful spa with loads of amenities and excellent service!
Be sure to NOT stay in Villas they are older, ask to stay in main hotel & ask for poolside / lagoon view on higher floors
The suite was nice. Pull out couch for kids. But room 470 had a mind of its own. Way to much noise!
What a view ...
Very expensive for what you get. Smaller rooms. Building showing its age (wallpaper peeling, rusty door joints). House keeping wakes you up at 745am to clean room .
Awsome service lovely staff
At the cafe on the green the seared ahi tuna wonton its a must!!!
Free wifi ONLY by the pool. No idea why, but it's there. Everywhere else you have to pay.
Nice Place!
The villas are old but well maintained and the inside is very nice though the outside leaves a little to be desired.
They charge $10/day for general parking and $13 for 1/2 day of internet access. Double beds are only good for one person for sure. Only bonus is that there is a Satrbucks in the lobby.
Look out - they don't honor the 2 for 1 drink foursquare deal
Amazing and beautiful.
Beautiful hotel !
Great Staff !
As someone else posted DO NOT stay in the villas !! Main bldg is great but the more expensive villas are old, no view , far from action...horrible! As for lagoon view , higher floor.
Don't feed the alligators .
Stay in the villas and catch cockroaches.
Try the Stella beer
Do not stay here. These villas are old and unkempt. Stay in the main hotel
Worst service in the history of EVER at the lobby bar/restraunt.
Super nice crew! Also, try the Yogurt, Fresh Berries and Granola Cup. Delicious! - J. XM
Brisket sliders were messy but pretty good. Surprisingly great fries! Was told the wings & chili lime guacamole were tasty as well - Ariana Voyer
Melody Is a rock star bartender. Try the dirty blue martini. - Monique Renee
Classy, pristine, comfortable, great expression of “southern hospitality”, excellent Golf courses. It is pricey though, as expected. - Nelson V. Guevara
Awesome hotel with an awesome bar called Mulligans Pub! - Carshie Adams III
Yummy Breakfast Buffet! 6am - 11am Monday - Saturday and 6am -12pm brunch on Sunday - Cathryn Wessels
The staff is wonderful! The facilities are 1st rate, and the cold towel at 17, excellent!! - Edward Mahn
As a guest to the hotel, it a great place to go. For a member, not so much. Increasing costs with more and more public access to dining and hotel guests, it is quickly losing its charm and allure. - Matthew
