OG Insp burger tasty. Pork belly nice contrast w/good beef . Add pulled pork frites : great, nice blend of flavour. Fries a bit dry, huge portion . Towards end,flavour of both overwhelmingly heavy though

Extra Butter Drunken Crustaceans was pretty good. It had a nice blend of flavours and used fresh seafood . The croutons (or whatever the stuff at the bottom was) absorbed the juices of the dish nicely.

Udon Carbonara had much beef . Taste nice spin on carbonara , with some alcohol . Waff out loud nice as it came with both chicken & beef . Pretty good. Chicken was very crispy , but the beef was better.

Everything is awesome. Came here for brunch and tried a few different dishes. The pork two ways bad were my favorite. Service was fantastic as well . Friendly and attentive staff .

Reservation is recommended. It's a small restaurant with 30 seats. Food is good. It's fusion but not as inspire as I think.

The lemon pepper calamari was decently fresh, and was spiced differently from normal calamari . The mint ginger chutney was refreshing. The squid could have been crispier though.

One of the few places that does fusion cuisine right. If it's your first time here, go for the chicken and waffles !

If you want to have fusion food and don't want to go into Toronto, you could do worse than stop here. The prices aren't too high and the food is pretty good. Service is good too.

The Torched Salmon Salad is delicious. The creamy slaw complements the smokiness of the salmon perfectly.

Food is amazing and very well priced. Get the chicken and waffle !

What a very cool place in Markham. The are one of the few places that does fusion well . Grab these Scotch Eggs and the Vietnamese style salad with perfectly cooked steak . Do check it out
