When you have to wait for 10 minutes at the speaker box to even place your order. There is no reason for that. Go to Zaxby's instead.

Slowest KFC / Taco Bell in history and this place needed cleaning BAD!! If I would have read the reviews I would have avoided this place. Definitely not worth the 25 minute wait for cold food!!

Do all three of the previous commenters work here?! Seriously. Slow staff , long wait , uncleanly seating area, no ice in the machine, half the drink options only poured water, and did I mention SLOW?!

Don't bother stopping here. Service is SLOW and they did not offer everything on the menu (no mashed potatoes or certain kinds of chicken ). Keep searching.

Extremely slow and dirty ...just go to Wendy's next door. I'm calling bs on the 100% sanitation score

Get a Taco and some chicken , with hot sauce
