Café latte is Good for Brazilian even the small one is big!!!

Store has a new manager and a new staff should be the best Starbucks Customer Service around!

I will be working here soon and I promise to upgrade the level of customer service everyone. Don't give up on us.

They don't give venti ice waters but they do give talls. If you want something bigger just buy a bottle - or bring your own mug. They give all kinds of good deals when you bring your own mug.

It takes 30 min to make ur coffee , go to any other starbucks !

They help you when they get around to it.

Espresso based drinks here are not very good, also usually a huge line on school days

This Starbucks doesn't give venti ice waters and have generally lower quality service than other Starbucks near campus. The one on 24th and San Antonio is infinitely better.

The buy one get one free holiday deal (now thru 11/21) isn't honored here!

With a reusable mug you also only get charged tall price for espresso drinks no matter how big your mug is.

Open till midnight Sunday through Thursday.

They couldn't figure out how to make a caramel frapuccino ..

They need approximately 100% more employees at this location... Too slow for Starbucks service!

This Starbucks has really gone down hill . The baristas are slow and they overcharge for special requests!

they run out of bagels so early...pre 9 am

Bring in a reusable mug . This location charges you $.60 like it's a refill instead of just knocking $.10 off the price.

It'll do if you're desperate or in between classes .

They still have holiday drinks!

Frappuccino was very poorly blended, baristas were rude.

probably worst baristas for starbucks. dont know what affogatos are...

Avoid at all cost. Long lines and clueless employes
