Between 4 and 6 pm is a bad time if you're in a hurry. The self-checkout is especially a joke during this time.

Homeless are around. Over a year I see the place is being transformed into a ghetto place

The lines are atrocious.

The lines here are ridiculous and absurdly long.

The right side entrance always closes @ 8PM. So don't bother going in on that side.

The customer service counter here sucks!!! How do you go on lunch and not have someone to cover you??
