We bought a 50" LG and we ended up working with Brian and he was very helpful. Even did a price match search for us just to make sure we were getting the best deal on the TV .

At Magnolia, ask for Jose Perez, he knows the great sound systems .

The geek squad pretty much sucks. They don't follow up with stuff is in repair. You have to hound them. But the e manager manny makes up for it. Super nice and accommodated me.

Borderline MR employees. If I needed any sort of legitimate help finding anything I'd be screwed. Googling information on your smartphone is more effective than asking best buy staff .

This is THE worst Best Buy for customer service. The employees refuse to help people & walk the other way if approached. This store is not efficient. Customer service is non-existent. Go elsewhere
