Great place to relax ... love everything about this place. The food, location, room, spa , pool... however, the rate is quite expensive ... :(

..room kinda spacious(studio type)..at night time kinda horror if your room located in front of swimmin’ pool..management need 2 do sme maintenance of its filtration..night time it made an eerie sound

Old but well maintained. Environment is nice. Landscape is well designed. Ideal for Company gathering as it's within an hours drive from KL city center.

Spacious rooms / chalets with many amenities . But, if the utilities ( home theater ) isn’t functioning, just remove it from the room. Hot water is available, but, takes time to keluar. Overall, nice!

The pathways heading to the chalets are nice. But, it’s not practical for those carrying rolling luggage ????. You have pick them up, instead of rolling them. ????

Came here twice to attend garden wedding. Is really a beautiful place for wedding. Everything looks so fairy tale. And, MUST remember to apply mosquito repellent.

2nd time coming. Spacious cozy room . Very nice getaway place. Plenty of things to do for the kids as well . Awkward smell is the only drawback. They need to service the air cond I suppose.

The room was awesome...! Will definitely come again. My baby loves the pool, but no cleaning is done leaving the water having floating debris of nature. Food is superb... Everything tastes good

The best place for a getaway as you will feel you are far away in a resort somewhere. The PC and the wifi rooms will help you keep in touch with work. They also accept day-use booking :)

Deluxe chalet is spacious and nice. Room cleanliness could be better. Swimming pool is nature inspired. Breakfast spread is OK.

Sembunyi spa offers good service . Had balinese style massage . It was great plus u can have nice sauna and jacuzi after the massage .

Nice and peaceful surrounding except when there is team building going on. TV in room is not HD. Come on! I paid nearly 400 bucks to get crappy TV reception? Seems unfair.

Wonderful place to spend quality time with family

Good - Only the ambience. Beer was not served enough chill , crispy chicken and chips was just crispy and absolutely tasteless. Worst part is the mayonnaise sauce is horrific to taste. Peanut was good!

Would be great if rooms are sound proof. I can hear everything from my bed. Door slamming, bathroom water running, people next door talking.

+ nice garden environment. :)- they will never change your towel or your bedsheet unless you explicitly ask to.If you can choose, avoid.

The pasta at the Italian restaurant isn't very good. I had the prawn aglio olio . Uncooked I feel!

-In middle of nowhere. Nothing to see.*Shuttle to DHL leaves every 30 minutes. 8, 8:30 etc.-Rooms are like 3stars in europe. not 5 stars.
