Early morings are relatively quiet . As someone who is on the opposite side of buff, seeing few sculpted bodies makes me happy. None of those death stares for plump people to feel guilty about.

Now with the covid situation, less training kit available and sometimes you have to stay in a queue to workout.People do not respect the guidelines and they do not clean the kit after exercises ????

To continue the previous tip, you don't network coverage inside the gym , you cannot answer an emergency call..WiFi connection most of the times not working so you are not able to use your fitness apps

Dodgy people around, one day a guy with a knife fallen from his trouser pockets on the mat.Crowdy, dirty most of the times, people smelling of sweat at all corners, no equipment available many times

Come late at night for an emptier gym . V busy till after 11pm at least.
