Clean , quick, healthy, friendly . Food was great. Pancakes are amazing & you can get almost anything you want inside of them! Sit in a booth by the window & you get a view of the lake in the back.

The Benedict (BLT) eggs are really good, I liked the place and the coffee , is a good place for brunch and very local.

Love the fact that it's right by a lake where you can go and sit as you wait for a table. Try their multigrain chocolate chip pancakes—SO yummy

Try the Farmhouse Chicken Hash - Fresh combination of ingredients made this skillet very tasty. We'll probably have to stop by here again while still in #Orlando

Food was great. Their menu has modern, healthy selections for all types of eaters. Service was good and snappy. Affordable. My favorite breakfast spot in Orlando.

Pancakes and French toasts are average, however, their egg Benedict is just perfect and better than the other breakfast places in town

Try the Tri-fecta - Perfect amount of food at a very affordable price . The blueberry pancake was quite tasty. I ordered this with the turkey sausage .

Hash is really good. Pancakes are huge, everything is so good it's hard to decide what to get.

Grits are yummy, bacon is just right and the preserves OMG. Can't go wrong here!

Truly a neighborhood gem . Friendly , quick service . Good food, easy to substitute something. Makes us feel like it's "our" local place.

Avoid the chain restaurant scene and try the banana brûlée waffles or any brunchy item. You will not be disappointed.

Get there early for less wait time. Food was really good though and they have healthy choices !
