It’s like two restaurants in one - you have the regular customers who sit by the bar n have omakase meals n know quality fish n the families that come for the delicious food that kitchen churns out!
Great family restaurant with awesome combo dinner prices. Chirashi AND udon for $20! Staff super friendly and attentive. We love Seattle sushi but the service and prices here are tough to beat.
Sushi is pretty good plus their Tempura , Iron noodles is pretty good. They said if you don't want to eat raw fish you can eat Tempura , but if you want to eat sushi , you can try their sushi menu.
Don't judge a book by its cover. This place, while being in a strip mall , is a legit sushi restaurant . Very, very good.
Quite authentic - they did everything right : sushi , sashimi and cod ! This place doesn't take reservation so it will be a bit fog wait for dinner on weekend.
Best sushi on the east side don't let the strip mall location fool you. Also have gluten free soy sauce .
Great sashimi . Don't come here for rolls, sit at the bar for the best experience. Some of the best fish on the eastside
great vegetarian options ! authentic yet not at all intimidating! fantastic!
Great family-run Japanese restaurant . You wouldn't think much of it by its location in a strip mall , but their food and specifically the Sushi is outstanding. For dinner you need to be early. They clo
Great sushi , but if you want to eat their non-sushi Japanese dishes you can't eat at the sushi bar . So, if you're going in a group, keep that in mind.
Super fresh sushi and sashimi . Great value too!
Wonderful, quiet little place. Sushi , tempura , all good. Nice service.
Fresh and good; notably larger pieces of meat than most places making it a delicious value
Great sushi ! Omakase (chef 's choice) is definitely the way to go. This is my Sunday sushi place.
Had the makunouchi and thought it was standard. I will go back and try some other items!
Happy hour from 9-10! Fresh sushi/sashimi and a couple specials each day.
Been coming here for over 15 years and Shito-san at the sushi bar has been serving the bes sushi in town !
Even their hot food is good. The a la carte tonkatsu was tender and crispy .
Split the beef sukiyaki with your honey . Order a second dinner set, though, so you both get your own salad , sunomono, and miso ! Totemo oishiiiiiii!!
Sometimes they will have fresh live uni. So good!
Try the katsudon ! WONDERFUL comfort food . Be careful about having it for lunch on a workday; it'll have you snoozing over your keyboard if you try to eat the whole thing!
Dont come here for rolls. Great sashimi , best experience is up at the bar
An amazing cut of Saba and Toro .
Get the omakase ! So fresh and good.
Sashimi and sushi came out at a perfect temperature.
All sushi ask Sito sushi chefs what is best.
The sushi is amazing, take a chance and try the omakase . Unfortunately, the tonkatsu is mediocre.
Sit at the bar and ask Shito-san to take care of you. He has a wide assorent of very fresh delights that go far beyond the usual assortment at U. S. sushi bars .
Bento boxes were a great deal!
I love to sit at the sushi bar .

Try the tonkatsu - Izumi makes a real nice Tonkatsu ; crispy , light, delicious!
Great sashimi and sushi !
Make sure you show up before 9pm, we got there from a long trip at 9:04 and they wouldn't serve us.
Try the Makunouchi - This is the standard one, which is my daughter's favorite.
The spicy hotate rolls is crazy good and the always super fresh!
Sit at the counter, and say hello to Shito-san (the head sushi chef and owner)- he will take CARE of you!
Man! The white King salmon was so soft.
Great for people who are gluten free !
Black cod !
Try their Matsukashi Mushroom Soup - DIVINE and only available in the fall
10% off on Tuesdays!
Not very vegetarian friendly as most of their sauces are fish based.
Try their Uni, in February when it is IN SEASON
Since 1985
Got takeout sushi here, and not only was it super affordable ($25 for ~20 pieces), it was delicious. Highly recommend the Godzilla and Tango rolls! Also recommend eating it in Juanita Beach Park. - Kaitlin
