Fantastic staff , alright music . My issue is mainly with noho treating $trbx as the town bathroom . Also, some weirdos hang out there so bring headphones and find a seat facing the wall.

Very busy during the school year. But a convenient spot to pick up a drink while strolling down the strip.

Has the worst production line ever. It makes every single person get confused when they enter and make them litter everywhere. You can see trash all over the place. Least popular coffee shop in town

Lots of college students with laptops along a long wooden table in the back. Only one toilet room, so expect a line .

The blackberry mojito iced tea lemonade is fantastic.

The service here was terrible. Two staff saw me multiple times and didn't even acknowledge me, let alone assist me. I'll stick to local shops here.
