The Bibimbap is really good. The best part is the people. On my second visit everyone was already treating me like I was a regular and had been for years. Now, on my 3rd visit I'm practically family!

Absolutely amazing. If you are in Nashville a trip to Brentwood is a must just to eat here. The staff are also incredibly cool !Korean tacos are out of this world!

This place is so bomb!!! Bibimbap skillet w/hot chicken is to die for. And their fish tacos are the best ever (I know, random!) if you haven’t been you’re missing out!

Soy Bistro is where it's at. The bibimbap is outstanding. The whole menu is flavorful, funky, and fresh...as my wife says, "They make everything with happy sauce..."

The bibimbap was truly phenomenal. Definitely try it in a skillet , and if you like spicy , ask for some extra gochujang sauce!

Anything on the menu is really good, and if you like spicy they have that too. Very friendly and quick!

The spicy pork bulgogi on Friday/Saturday is fantastic! Best bulgogi I've ever had. Tacos are awesome too!

Beef tacos and curried fried rice are my favorite, but everything on the menu (and off) are delicious. Owners and staff are wonderful.

Chicken Korean tacos are awesome. Add some sriracha sauce for a kick! Also the staff is super friendly . I left with a smile and mouth on fire :)

Really good! Can be hard to find a draft but it clears out quickly.

If you're having the spicy fried rice they can "twitch" the "spicyness" to your taste.
