just stopped in for a look on black Friday. .. so surprised that the service was great. even with all the crazy shoppers. out of all the stores I hit up the service was the best here. I'm shocked.
Employees weren't very helpful and seemed very intent in kicking you out 30 minutes before the store closed. Lots of clearance items but probably won't come back.
The customer service can be hit-or-miss, but overall it's a pretty good JCPenney. Find your coupons in the mail, you'll get great prices.
They also have a Sephora inside.
