恵比寿で50年の名店、松栄さんが渋谷スクランブルスクエアへ出店。夜のおまかせコース を２人で堪能しました。スパークリングワイン 、サッポロ黒ラベルを追加注文し、値段は29000円ほど。湯葉 の雲丹のせ、お造り、ほたての磯辺揚げ 、生 牡蠣 、握り は、カツオ 、トロ、エビ が美味しくてたまらなかった。値段に見合うかはわからないが接客が心地よいお店だと評価します。
