I agree- this not a bad part of town - however this is the closest walmart for those who live on the neareast side so that explains the type of ppl you would see.

Enjoy the long lines and few open lanes . This place excels in marginal customer service.

Every Walmart you walk into is set up differently but this specific location has the strangest set-up and not labeled very well .

Get there early otherwise you'll spend the day in two open check out lanes .

It is ridiculous to claim you remotely care about your customers when I am the 16th person in line for a customer service desk staffed with one person. My time is money too, morons.

Just turn around and go home cuz they're all incompetent from the pharmacy to electronics to the service desk . All of em.

Don't buy alcohol here as they one at midnight. We forgot one bottle of rum here and it wasn't in the items book and nobody in the store seems to be able to sign off on a replacement.

Tip. Use walmart.com ship to store. Checkout lane is in the rear of the store and empty!

3 employees chatting at Customer Service... 1 person helping the customers in line .... Nice.

Apparently, you should NOT expect to be in and out when picking up an online order....

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, especially for store pickup of internet order. Pickup point hidden and signposted "Restrooms "!

Be patient...over twenty lanes and four open. You are certainly going to wait.

Waited 20 minutes in the "speedy checkout ". If you have to go to Walmart, go to the Carmel location.
