The BEST hot chocolate/ice chocolate in Hong Kong!!! Also the pastries are absolutely delicious! Flaky and crispy croissants !

Get here early in the afternoon. High Tea sets run out before 5pm

Sunday afternoon, arrived at 15:00 and only waited 5 mins to get a table for 3. Tables along the corridor are for take away service and hence no service charge.

미슐랭 스타 셰프 조엘 로부숑의 케이크와 티를 맛 볼 수 있는 살롱 드 테는 랜드마크 3층에 위치하고 있는데, 오후 3~6시경엔 하이티 세트를 먹으로 온 사람들이 많아 그 시간을 피해서 온다면 기다리지 않고 자리를 차지할 수 있다.. 조각 케이크 가격은 보통 40 HK $ 대 수준으로 달콤함의 극치를 맛볼 수 있다...!!

랜드마크 빌딩엔 세가지 조엘 로부숑의 레스트로랑이 모두있는데 (조엘 로부숑, 라뜰리에 드 조엘 로부숑 그리고), 가장 가벼운 음식과 티를 파는 쌀롱 드 떼 조엘 로부숑에서는 샌드위치 , 파스타 , 조각케잌등을 즐겨보자. 명성에 비해 높지 않은 가격(케잌 1피스 한화 6천원정도)도 장점이다. 테이블수가 많지 않아 식사시간(특히 점심)은 피하는게 좋겠다.
