The staff doesn't know their store. I asked about shoes and the guy could barely point me in the direction of the department.

You can pay for most items on anyone of the tills, so if you going on a big shopping spree you don't have to pay and move on. Continue shopping and hit up one of the tills!

The customer service here stinks like the Liffey. The girls in the kitchen department are always too busy chatting away amongst themselves to bother wish customers.

Not impressed at all with the service in the kitchen section. One guy in particular came across rude and seriously lazy. Asked me to bring pans back to another end of the store cos I wudnt buy them
