Having been in other apple stores for purchases & Genius Bar , this is the best. Staff 's savvy & helpful & the genius bar team is excellent! If you can, try this instead of any NYC full of tourists

Don't just walk in expected to get help with anything other than a purchase. You have to go online to make a genius bar appointment for any tech assistance or repairs. ALWAYS buy apple care warranty!

The sales associate (blue T-shirt) spoke “to” me in a condescending way and answered my questions with a question.

Tyler Rocks! Great service from start to finish. He was able to answer many questions from multi people at once on airport extreme MacBook, and applecare! Great customer service bottom-line!!!

Great location but if you need help, stay away from RON the manager. I found him to be rude and unprofessional during my two separate visits when he was directing customers at the front entrance.

We walked out without a solution, or a working phone. Horrible service, manager, and everyone involved dealing with us. Would not recommend to anyone as the staff some of the worst I have delt with.

Nut Allergy - stay away! She ordered Original cheesecake but was instead served the low carb version with walnuts in the crust. She ended up in the Emergency Room - life threatening! Shame on them.
