Great location on the river front and a nice interior with real fires. However I was disappointed with the food, the pork loin was really dry and my fruit crumble was served cold and with cold custard

I've been here manymany times. The food is generally good, the atmosphere is generally good but the service is so bad. They often seem to forget orders or don't have half the menu is stock. I give up

Enjoy views over the Thames and Hampton Court Palace from the upstairs outdoor balcony . I've seen many beautiful sunsets here, and firework displays going on at Hampton Court.
